PS4 Not saving Hotbar assignments when quitting game using PS Button

System: PS4

It is very common to use the PS Button on the controller to return to the home screen of the PlayStation. You can also start other games this way, and the PS4 will tell you that you have to quit FFXIV.

When you quit FFXIV in this manner, any Hotbar assignments that you made during that play session will be lost.

Hotbar assignments should be saved on bind to prevent this issue. I should be able to close the game just like I close any other game without losing my settings.

I've noticed this on PS3 as of late since the 2.16 patch.

at least I now know how to prevent it from happening. but yeah. I would love to see that fixed. because shutting a game down that way is simply the way to do it on ps4.
