    Well not certain on the tribe but fairly certain Shiva was mentioned as the final Primal to be added
    So Leviathan in March and then the patch probably 3.0 would be Shiva

    In 1.0 the reporters used to RP in game, giving information and teasers of current and upcoming content. I remember seeing a screen cap of Petyr (?) mentioning the 'giants' (Giga, presumably) of the North summoning Shiva. Unfortunately I never saved the pic.
