Start Menu bug

I have downloaded the game multiple times. Reloaded the updates multiple times and I still can't get past the main "start" menu. Once I press start at the main menu it tries to load the "data center" but encounters an error and I don't know what to do anymore!

Once you can provide such information we can move forward and resolve this issue. For now I am going to move this thread into Insufficient Information.
