Games are meant to be enjoyed, not to become more work after you get home from work/school/etc.
If you find yourself bored with nothing to do, I see absolutely nothing wrong with taking a break, playing some other games, then coming back after an update or two to see what new things FFXIV has to offer.
I say play whatever game will let you have a good time.![]()
Grind to pvp lv 30. It will be like all your classes to 50There's some content haha.
Same. I got my CT loot on Monday, I capped on Tuesday, got to T5 on Wednesday. Had nothing to do on my main since. Started leveling DRG/WAR to fill in the gaps... gonna have all 50s soon... then I'll truly be out of things to do D:
Make an alt. A ton of fun and a lot more to do.
Or play on the new ropes in Mor Dhona.
They have set up a really small content/gear hamster wheel.
I wonder if a year from now, there will still only be tome grinding and one night a week gear farming.
Seems like the safe bet, the way it seems they like to make older content useless with each upcoming patch. The instances people are doing will always change, but the amount of useful content will always stay the same. I hope I am wrong though.
