Dragon Knight?

ok this is extremely off topic but first Titan (blizzards new MMO) will be a niche game, its and FPS MMO so i wouldn't worry about it pulling away the MMORPG players.

Second lowering leve link bonus but adding on completion SP is not killing the ability to effectively group for leves, not to mention the addition of group content that also rewards sp. Leves where always meant to cater to the casual so nothing is really changing.

Third SE has already stated they will be adding a pet class in the future but right now they have issues they need to work out to do so, not sure if this is still on the agenda since Yoshi took over but I dont see why they wouldn't add a pet class. I never really seen a dragoon as much of a pet class even in XI since the pet was not the main focus of the class.

All i was saying is for now FFXIV wont have pet jobs but seeing how Dragon Knight is not dragoon and i think dragon knight would be from FF2 and they said they going to add more jobs that you could unlock within the same class they could easy add a pet job for lancer to become dragoon.

Dragoon when two hour was there pet was not really much of a pet job but once it just become JA and they had a new two hour that you can get the HP,TP,STR from your Pet it did become more about the pet in that you use it to kill it lol. But i do agree it was not much of a pet job like BST,PUP,SMN where you could control your pet.

Get your facts straight, dragon knight is just another name for dragoon. Even if SE go for this translation of dragoon instead(i kinda like the name), even if they do not implement a wyvern i will play dragoon/dragon knight. I played xi for years and dragoon was a fun job but they didnt really use the wyvern to its fullest potential in my eyes. So if they dont bring in the wyvern i will be happy with the abilities we will get as replacement.
