It's very easy to understand:

1. SE is a Japanese company first and foremost.
2. English based companies by large doesn't give Japanese or Chinese outlets info till after they give their home outlets info, e.g E3 info is usually reported by bilingual individuals, it never comes directly from the company themselves.

It's very common in the business world. Best part is, you guys get info when it matters and then continually complain about it. The producer letters get translated which comes directly from the guy in charge himself. If you guys truly were "ignored" you wouldn't even get those.
