It's a pointless system that makes the armoury system redundant. If they are going to ruin the armory system they might as well just discard it. They are trying to implement two incompatible systems (one which encourages freedom and the other which discourages it). You can't have both.

Many people already agree the armory system is pointless because it lead to bland, tasteless classes because even with the ability to crossclass skills, it really didn't lead to anything amazing. It's why MMOs, even with customization still have very defined and unique classes excluding blatantly obvious faction opposition similarities, e.g both sides have "light/dark" races of the same base stat nature.

Nothing is being replaced, even in the small bit of info we have they stated numerous times nothing was replaced, but the jobs are more for party setups.

If you mean "SQEX should post this interview on Lodestone with EN/FR/DE version", I must clarify this is not the case.
The original interview is posted on a paper magazine, so the copyright is belong to Famitsu, not SQEX.

Basically I will be sued for this translation if they really want to.
What I am done is no different from anime-fansub.
