That is exactly what I want to know.

I think the job system is a fantastic way to go. It seems like the classes will be the broader roles to play in levelling and being more all-rounders so great for those who want to SP solo or in small parties. Then the challenging content has you take on a job rather than class for specialisation - allowing more challenging content tailored to tactics that involve the jobs' roles better!

My two cents is, though they said only one job per class WHM and BLM is actually both for CON and bard is THM with all those absorb spells and the fact you can transfer buffs to other players.
