Yes, because there's no such thing as an "exclusive", right? By your reasoning, any interview the New York Times runs should be simulcast WORLDWIDE to every single major publication at the same time. Otherwise, they're not "widely accepted." TIME Magazine should never have an exclusive interview with any of its luminaries since, by your reasoning, that's unfair.

This is a great interview that Square happened to grant to Connect! On Magazine.

We're getting regular Letters from the Producer every ~2 - 3 weeks, with far more detailed release tables than what the magazines get (and these Letters are translated and posted on Lodestone immediately).

Let's try and stay positive here.

Not sure if you are a European player, but if you are, you would be used to it by now with every MMO owned by an American company. Don't take it personally, it isn't as if they hate you, if anything for being 'second grade citizen' we get far more information and developer contact than I'm used to in my general EU MMO playing.

As to the interview, really good to read, and it gives me hope that the game will be good - not what I bought, but it might still turn out to be enjoyable in the end. With this:

probably being the most useful piece of information, even though they have stated it many times at least they keep us informed that it really is causing issues rather than just using it as an overarching excuse. Also, I definitely want to be a Bard!

Back on topic...thanks a lot Kristina. Really nice information. But something came to my attention, seems that we'll have to wait a lot more for Chocobos/mounts. Other than that, everything seems nice.

Definitely some exciting times for us in FF 14! Patch 1.18 and 1.19 have the potential to be amazing. Can't wait!

I think FF13 was boring but 14 even worse. It's lack of battle animation/effect, epic gears, special weapons, character uniqueness and voice over, these are worse reasons why FF14 is boring compare head 2 head to 13

Nothing to complain about from what they said. The fact that the new UI is coming makes me ultra happy!

But I am really... really torn that I still have no idea what Conj or Thm will become =(
