Except jobs are meant to be THE choice for party play. Giving Thaum white mage wouldn't make much sense considering they've been taking great strides to make Conjurer the main healer lately. You should level the healing class to get the healing job >.>

Black Mage for Thaumaturge would make sense if the quest to gain the job came from the Arrzaneth Ossuary and if the black mage concept was divorced from elemental spells.
White Mage for Thaumaturge would make sense if the quest involves joining the sect worshipping Nald.
