    Interaction with environment

Would it be possible to actually chop trees and bushes down? Or what about if you cast a fire spell on a mob near some bushes, and have them catch fire? Or a lightning spell can split rocks, etc... Is it too late to implement something like that? It would really bring in some realism and can be used for a strategic battle as well.

It's also very unrealistic that you have to find only certain trees with the glow to chop and get a yew log, an oak log, and a willow log on the same tree. It should be that you chop a tree down and any type of tree can respawn in that area after a certain amount of minutes, but you only get that type of log or branch from it.

I like this Idea, burn a tree down that someone if trying to gather from.

Well not necessarily. Can make it so only disciple of land can target trees, and only time DoW and DoM can hit trees and bushes is if the mob is directly on it or next to it.

Like on the rank 46 storyline quest, I want to see that big laser make cracks and burn marks on the ground, and set things on fire. If you cast water, you should leave puddles of mud on the ground. Also, make it so trees have hp, just like mobs, depending on tree level, the more hp it has and the longer it takes to cut down completely, so you can grab many logs off a single tree before you have to wait for it to respawn again. I want to see notorious trees that can fight back and surprise you when you try to chop it or something like that walking tree NM back in ffxi, that anyone can attack, but take forever to take down, but with a little more creativity and variety.

Rappelz does something similar where you can only interact with 'universal' objects if you're on the quest, but it's also damn annoying if it happens to be a hot spot, you won't see much of any trees around.
