Old zones seem kinda too big. I like ARR's quality over quantity better.

i rather have what we have now, breaks into zone.
How about we could have big expansive zones for those of us that like the open world and exploring, and everyone who doesn't like it can stay in town and queue up for instances (which is what you already do anyways).
I'd love to see new maps and new places. Maye even new continents even if it's only for one specific area for a story based reason 8D
New maps and places to explore is always fun for me. I love the games maps and designs for those maps~
even some of the normal towns are neat. Like camp bronze lake I believe the name was? It's neat *-*
edit: And Limsa is just epic <_<
except i dont like expansive zone, and i certainly dont que much, i still run around the world and hang out, but i dont like having it more bigger then it is, new zone is fine, but making one zone more bigger i rather not.
I want to go to that castle looking place on the floating continents that you can see from Camp Over Look...looks awesome...is that where the Tonberries are from????

I feel the zones are big enough as it is(could they be bigger? sure). But yeah more zones would be nice.
I'll just leave this here.

nope nope nope.
To this I found this picture, showing the old and new Central HighlandsSimilar to what Felis showed, this is the old Coerthas:

What we have now is the central highlands around that big hole in the middle.
Riversmeet is in the western highlands, across that bridge that is now completely blocked off by a giant wall of ice near what is now Behemoth's domain. I tried getting some BLM together once to burn it down, but no dice.
What I find interesting is that the current central highlands go directly into the Shroud, skipping over the lowlands. If you watching pay attention to the landscape at the margins though, there's a really really obvious difference. I'm wondering if they're just sorta scooting us over the lowlands and later we'll actually get them or if they just nuked the whole thing.
The current Central Highland have more or less the same size as the old Central Highland
