game issue. needs to be fixed for maximum character play pleasure.

I had accepted a quest at level 3 when the requirements for the quest were level 3. when I finished the quest I was level 5. the quest finisher NPC would not give me the reward in fact the reward opinion was greyed out. I believe it was because I was a higher level than the quest because no lower level quests are popping up for me to do either. can we fix this for maximum gameplay?

I believe the issue your having is that you need to select one of the rewards in order to proceed. I was confused by this before as well.
