I was blow away by how QUICK the GM team is to contact someone - and the fact that they TALK TO YOU about your issue without a form response!
I had the absolute pleasure of talking with GM Aesthphron today, they were a treasure and after speaking with them, I feel my issue will be looked into and looked after in a timely manner.
Regardless of the outcome to the investigation, I felt valued :3
