Grrrr, I kind of hate you right now, Dusty, because now I have noticed one additional piece of clipping that I hadn't seen until now! I was able to make it a little better by drawing the piece out further but there may be some things that will bother you. I tried to capture them the best I could ;
The bottom portions fits quite nicely and you should have no clipping issues there whatsoever, even if the camera angle might hint the opposite in this shot.
(Chocobo was sneezing, not dying)
The signs on the stable were the clipping that I did not initially notice, with a wooden beam protruding through the main sign. Pulling it forward fixed that albeit you still have the issues of a big wooden beam blockading two signs that you can see peeping out from around the sides, so it'll be down to you how noticeable or bothersome that would be.
The real clipping happens on the rear inside; again, near the sign as well as some rafters pushing through the additional roofing. You can try to view that as intentional design(if you're trying to imagine it as one whole piece I mean) but it's not the most natural looking connection, albeit one that will likely be mostly hidden for anyone not taking a good look at the details.
Finally, its worth noting that unless your character is lalafel or perhaps a female Au Ra, then your chocobo willl be staring straight into the bamboo part of the extension for whenever it's not doing any animation where it dips it's head or anything. It could be one of those things that people find looks silly or bothersome, haha. (Even if only for the fact that I brought it to their attention just now).
I hope any of those helped you decide.
Ehh, really? You mean the top picture where my character is sitting or the bathing area with the legitimate pool? If the former then I am surprised! It's the area I was considering completely redoing because I was unsure how I felt about it. I thought anyone else might also feel it as a bit cramped with little freedom of movement because there were so many large furnishings consuming room space that a very, set path had to be designed to lead you to the downstairs doorway, haha.
(You can probably tell from those what I am talking about. Regardless though, thank you for your kind comment, hahaha ;; )

, loved the "oasis in the desert" kind of theme it has, i'll post some pics one day

If we ever get a moving feature and manage to finally snag a mansion plot I'd like to make the "aquarium" area separate from the bar. Because you have to place it directly under the room lighting and lighting can't be moved it's a bit restrictive as to location.
