Instances not Despawning

Today as I was playing a lower level job I was doing some Duty finder. I leveled up and went to the next dungeon. I got an instant pop for Cutters Cry and as DPS this was odd but ok cool. I walked in to an 100% empty instance. This continued for quiet sometime, any attempt to join a group in progress dumped me in the same 'dead' / 'empty' instance.

I had even vote abandoned it myself and it still remained live.

Maybe part of the instance servers crashing problem has to do with instances not being cleaned up / despawned upon completion or abandonment.

This has happened to me several times since 2.0.

A few times I came into the dungeon and it was complete...with the completion music playing. That was when the replace player would pop up as soon as someone left after completion. Luckily they stopped that.
