Hi all,

Im askyway from Famfrit server, i have recently experienced a bug that has causing me much distress.

I tried to transfer my character to Tonberry server and it keep getting declined even though im 100% sure i satisified all the guidelines and posts stated in the site.

Attached below are 3 screenshots showing that im able to transfer from NA server to both NA and EU servers but im unable to transfer to JPN server.

And i have checked that Tonberry has no restirction to character creation. I have tried to contact in game support and email SE, but their GM team is unable to do anything about it as this is an system error.

So i hope through this forum, anyone could shed some light on it and help me.
