Saving appearnce at the end of Character Creation

I select Slot 1 where it asks if I'd like to add a comment.

This is the part I cannot get past. I press Yes to save it and nothing happens.

Anyone know how I can save my character appearance?

nvm I figured it out

I gotta say I did not expect to navigate a full pc interface using the dualshock

I would have thought that on consoles a separate interface would have at least been attempted
