ps4 linking to psn ffxiv - not working

I had a ps3 psn account it was disabled when I sold the unit and psn tells me I can not reactivate it without sending an email from the email address associated with ps3 account. That email address was deleted as I was not using it anymore and can not be recovered

I need to be able to link the ps4 version of ffxiv to my new psn account - I have a windows pc account as well

I tried linking it but system crashed after making link and started creating new SE account since it will not let me log in to my windows account. So could not complete creating new account and now I can not log in as it says wrong password or id but the id is correct and I have reset my password 3 times successfully and it still will not let me in.

This needs to be fixed and SE needs to have support on weekends for this large of a customer base especially during beta
I need the confusion regarding my PS3 and PS4 psn accounts resolved so I can play

If you are using the autofill option from the ps4 menu (when u start typing the words appear in the top bar so you can add them faster) the ps4 always adds a space behind that , so u need to remove it.

I dunno if this is your problem but i had tht last night when i kept using my name by selecting it from the word that appear in the ps4 text enterimg box.

Edit just read that you meant via windows, dont know what is up with that if you cant log in via windows. Even when you can reset your password so it knows your e-mail adress. can you make sure your id is correct somehow? Id is not your e-mail, i dont know if you can ask for your id back.

It is the ps4 I can't

It will not let me use the same account I use for windows and ps3

The ps3 PSN login was deactivated and the email account associated with it was deleted for security

Don't know why SE needs this linked no other game does and it creates more problems than it solves

I need to be able to log into PS4 version of FFXIV and I need it connected to my pay account used on windows - I understand this probably will not happen til next beta but how can I get it to work now?

It is linked to my new ps4 but a service account has not been created even though I can use my email and reset password this does not help

Even though they say once linked can't be broken that is BS as it has to be a record in a table, file, or a flag which can be reset either by program or manually - I am in IT and I am sure they can do it if needed.

My PSN ID is linked to the wrong account and it won't let me change it at all to my actual account. Basically when the ARR beta started I played on the PC and the missus played on the PS3 but she tied her account to my PSN ID so now if I try to login to this beta on the PS4 it already has her SE ID in the box and won't let me change it to mine.

Is there any way to remove her account from my PSN ID so I can use my actual account with the PS4?
