Marketboard partially off screen since 2.16

I've noticed since the 2.16 patch that part of the market board screen is off the left side of my screen. This was not the case in 2.15 and prior. I see no way to adjust it in the HUD configuration. I'm on PS3. Is anyone else seeing this?
