an idea for balancing would be job-specific times. Basically, see out of everyone who entered the instance as a THM, it would class their times with other THMs that did it. Same for ARC, MRD, PUG, etc.

THMs can AOE, so having AOE skills equipped could be balanced by lowering the point gain overall. That doesn't necessarily mean that its a punishment of any kind, it just means that the time it takes for a THM to down 5 mobs should be awarded close to the same amount of points that a Pugilist takes time to down 1-2.

But with what you said, that seems like a great idea. ^^ Seems more fair than pitting classes against each other. You already know who'd win. :P

EDIT: Anyways, I'll re-organize this thread tomorrow when i get back from work, after the maintenance.
