Mouse-Cursor Appears in Ground Targeting Mode

I have this problem since the new patch.
When I use Sacred Soil or Shadow Flare, or Freeze or whatever needs the ground targeting mode a mouse-cursor appears on me.
I waste time to make it disappear by pressing select/circle.
I hope it's a bug, I prefer the previous system and I hope there is a way to use it like it was. Or at least without this mouse-cursor that I don't need and distracts me.

I want to add that: I play from ps3 so I don't have any mouse to use. I tried to change the new settings but nothing changes.

Yep, made a post about this Thursday, Feb 20th. They moved it to 'Technical Support' with no answer.
