    PS4 application error.

    When I try to start the Beta from the home page it gives me this message "Cannot start the application. The PS4 is not connected to the Internet and cannot verify the licence for the application." The console is connected though.. has anyone had the same issue?

    I had this same problem yesterday. It seemed to be something to do with my Playstation itself rather than the beta application, as I also couldn't access the Store or any of my other downloaded titles, even though my system seemed to be connected. After an hour or so of fiddling with the connection settings, I eventually just gave up. When I came back a couple hours later, everything worked fine.

    I don't know if this is related to that issue or not, but I also get "System Error 20019" now when I try to patch the game, so I still haven't been able to log in and begin playing yet.

    This issue needs to be addressed. I was locked out all week after installing the game just thinking it was locked because beta only started today. Now its still locked and I can't even load the patcher.

    And I have full access to everything else on PSN I have been playing a lot this week and have downloaded other things.

    I have deleted the game and redownloaded it also

    "Cannot Start Application, This Application can be started only by a user who has a license for it"

    EDIT: Fixed it. Restore your licenses under your PSN account under system management
