Can I mix PS4 Coll. Ed. with PC version in the same account?

Sorry if this forum is not the correct but I really don't know where I must put this question/post. English is not my main language so I will try to explain well.

I bought FFXIV: Collectors Edition two weeks ago and I received the typical gifts of this version:
-Minion behemot
-Warrior light helmet
-Behemot armor chocobo
-Courl mount

All correct, but I couldn't receive the pre-order edition gifts (obviously) because I didn't pre-order in September and I lost Caith Sith minion + Moogle helmet.

In April will come FFXIV for PS4 and this version have the 4 previous gifts + pre-order gifts (caith sith + moogle) and 2 gifts more:
-Fat chocobo mount
-Moogle minion

Well, I want everything, the Caith Sith and Moogle minions, the Moogle helmet and the Fat Chocobo mount!!!

This is my situation, and now the question:

I have my actual account in Moogle station where I have registered FFXIV CE (PC version), the game I'm playing actually.

If I'll buy FFXIV CE (PS4 version) and I'll register it in the same account in Moogle Station I'll receive the gifts of PS4 pre-order in PC version to? Or I'll only received in the ps4 version? Theorically is the same account, all the gifts are only for the same account because you can play your account in PC, PS3 and PS4 in the same worlds with your same character.

Theorically if I mix FFXIV CE (PC version) + FFXIV CE Pre-Order (PS4 version) my account will have all the gifts. Am I wrong?

All current Collector's Edition (be it PS3 or Windows) will also get the in-game Collector's items for PS4 as well. So you don't need a PS4 Collector's Edition to supplement your current service account which is already marked as "Collector's Edition". Check your Mogstations as it will say "Collector's Edition (PC)".

I don't know.. seems a bit "overprice" to get CE PS4 for most things you already... and the pre-order items... well... it's nice touch but do you think it is worth extra $20 or so (depending on the local pricing...) If you already have most of your characters beyond lv 10, it is kinda useless other than trying to collect them all.

It is a bit of a bummer to miss out the pre-order items. You can add the pre-order items separately from the game code.

Another thing is, I'm not sure if you can activate the CE code to an existing Service Account that is already CE.

I have CE from v1.0, and my Service Account is already marked CE. But I pre-ordered a CE PS3 (ARR) however I'm not using the PS3 code at all, I got it for the pre-order items and physical CE items. The PS4 CE items are the same as Windows and PS3.
