1. Delete the game
2. Delete saved data, both on harddrive and the online storage
3. Rebuild Database
a. to do so, turn system off. Hold power button in...keep holding until you hear a second beep. Then connect controller, and "Rebuild Database".
4. Redownload the game
Tired this step by step but did not work.
