PS4 FFXIV Beta Download - System Error 20019

It worked for me. I deleted game, upload data. Then i click rebuild database and installed the game. Now when I press play the opening movie scene gets stuck at the same exact moment everytime. I thought I was out of the woods but nope. So far I restarted the game four times and cutscene still freezes in the same spot.

Okay so, I deleted the game data but didnt rebuild the data base and re downloaded / installed and I made it in, past the cutscenes and character creation and made it into the game

Rebuilding the data base worked for me it's at 80% installing. Seems to be almost universal as it still hasn't worked for some people.

Uninstalled EVERYTHING with XIV relations from my ps4, re-downloaded, and now it's up to 57%

Well....deleted all content, Rebuilt database, downloaded again....no luck. Still crashes at same percentage.

Seems it works for some, but not all. This is a weird error....especially since we've not been provided with a description of the error to begin with....

I'll keep trying quirky things to see if something will change.

I think at this point in time, I'm throwing in the towel, until...or IF...SE addresses this issue.

Have tried the 3 steps (rebuilding database) but the problem still persist. Please look into it!

well i have been at it all day.... im gonna try the fix it solution and see. wish me luck, wish square-enix would say something here. i need a beer!
