With your PS4 system off, touch and hold the power button....at first touch it'll beep once...keep holding the button until a second beep and let go. It'll boot up safe mode and give you a list of 7 or so options....pick Rebuild Database, somewhere around the middle, I think. It won't delete anything, reset anything, etc. so it's safe to do without worrying about it.

Do all your friends live on a college campus or anything? It seems extra strange that all of you are having the issue.

Greensboro, NC here. Would be really strange to be a local thing. According to another forum, it might have to do more with how/when you downloaded and updated the game.

Getting same thing here in Queens NY so not a local problem. Error 20019 at 42%ish SE just never seems to care or never learn when it comes to this kind of stuff and ends up losing customers

I'm having the same issue at 26%. I'm going to keep an eye here to see if any solution comes around. In the meantime I do have to say with responses like the one Oldstone has above. This is a beta and its here to fix these sorts of things. The fact that you need to say "they'll never learn" and the whole "lose customers" bit. They don't owe you anything... you're the one that chose to participate in the beta for free so please get off your pedestal and take your negative attitude elsewhere.

Now, I look forward to this issue being resolved soon. Thanks for making this post to know I'm not alone with this issue.

Stop trying to start a fight over nothing just said this based on past experience not the beta (mainly FFXI alot of updates were similiar to this). Anyway, like you said hopefully a resolve to this soon especially now that it seems to have been noticed.
