Lodestone "History" periodically bugged from ingame data

I dont know how else to phrase the title.

Basically people are doing stuff ingame that should provide them with an achievement in the History section but it is not. Such as NM's killed or Quests complete.

An example:

If you do a Find for "Beckon" it will list the quest, but if you do a Find for "Whispers" (Whispers in the Wood) it will not list this quest, these are main scenerio quests and it is impossible (as far as i know) to skip a mission, thus it very obvious he has completed Whispers in the Wood to be able to proceed to Beckon yet his History does not show it.

This becomes very annoying and I am worried it will have affected the future ingame achievements display, which will always display inaccurate character data if people have missing achievements.
