    Until you get Fire/Blizz III which is after your soul, it's pretty much Fire spam>Transpose>Blizzard spam>Fire spam or Fire spam>Transpose>Thunder/Thunder II>Fire spam

    Pretty much what Rx said. You just spam fire and blizz between Transposes depending on mana, and throw Thunder out whenever it runs out on the mob.

    Its really only once you get Blizzard 3 when your rotation changes to the more-or-less "final" single-target rotation of Thunder3 -> Fire3 -> Fire spam with Firestarter procs till OoM -> Bliz3 -> ThunderX -> Fire3 -> Fire spam...
