im lv50 WHm did all 3 EX primals as WHM & dont have swiftcast

tbh swiftcast is not needed beside bad ppl who cant avoid die

other than that u dont need swiftcast entirely

eye for an eye is a good skill tho that can do miracles at T4 p6 & T5

when i went healer way i met more bad healers than bad tanks

i didnt even need to SS MT be4 double wicked wheels in garuda EX

even Ifrit EX is it really that hard to spam Cure II on MT?

i was like O_O when i did that all it felt easier than i thought yet i find ppl suck at that

Right. As other people mentioned, Swiftcast is useful in a pinch where applicable. Damage reduction from eye for an eye and virus is good to get too but I usually leave that to the acn to use if the party has one and are actually using them.

I had to leave the game for abit, and have since returned. Lost. lol. I am 47 WHM. Here's my question:

Is it important that i continue leveling my sub job past 15 and onto 25? Im pretty sure the answer is yes, but again Im feeling confused lol.

Then have fun with WHM! Despite what you hear above, you'll find swiftcast helps you quite a bit for getting off quick medicas, raises, etc.

Not getting swiftcast is just being lazy. If your party members are good enough that they won't die and you decide[for whatever reason] you never want to use it for a heal/res/buffing, it's still useful for holy spam on t4.
Also, you shouldn't be spamming cure II. Waste of mana unless it procs or the tank is very close to dying. If the tank isn't close to dying, you're overhealing. Not needing to stoneskin before a tank gets hit with something doesn't make you a good healer, since if their gear and usage of CDs isn't good enough, they'll be one shot anyways and you can't heal a one shot.

Good players make use of their cross class skills.

Being a good healer doesn't have anything to do with sucky partymates. So nope, point invalid. I'm not saying you're bad and all, but not having a Swiftcast to save someone else's ass if they make "oh shit" mistake is just a no-no in the long run.

Being a good healer means you do your best to keep everyone alive even if they're only dying because they screwed up themselves. Unless they keep doing stupid things and refuse to stop, then it's the duty of the healer to let them die as a lesson.
