How hard it can be?

So SE, how hard it can be to move the Focus target cast bar?
here's where the cast bar should be:

Can you not move this on the PS3 version or something? I adjusted mine in the HUD and pulled it to be directly above my health bar. Also, made it slightly larger. What version do you use?

You can move the entire focus target window, not it's cast bar by itself, even on PC.
Doesn't really matter where you drag your focus target window. The cast bar is hard to see because it matches the 'Focus Target' on the top and how cramped it is between 'Focus target' and 'Mob name'.
They should either add more space between the two or move it to where OP has said.
