I've been leveling a new class, but I've noticed that I've routinely been placed in higher-level instances as my level grows. A few days ago, I got Sastasha. Then I got Ifrit, then Toto-Rak, then yesterday I got Haukke Manor. If this trend continues, I'll be doing Brayflox tomorrow night.
