    Did Not Receive Any Achivement Rewards

    My achievements like Bump on a log: Order of twin adder, and "Leaving a good impression II" and "...III". i have achievement but never received item. I've sent customer service email and they say basically said sorry can't help you bye....wtf!!!

    Did you go to the NPC in Apkallu falls in old gridania? Its an old elzem guy that asks to hear your stories.

    The patch notes for 2.16 even mentions that you have to talk to the NPC Jonathas at Apkallu Falls in Old Gridania....

    I will never understand why for the life of me did they make another step to get the achievement rewards?! Would it really have been that hard to just have the items auto moogle mailed tot he person? At least those poor lil guys would finally have something to do =/
