Where is the Additional Retainer's Services that were supposed to be out BEFORE 2.2?

Title says it all. Dev commented that a 3rd Retainer would be made available before 2.2, so where are they? First I expected them in 2.15, then in 2.16...

Neither Patch Notes included them, and the 2.15 definitely didn't hide them in it. Can we get a DEV Response on this, please?

If SE announces plans like these very early, expect them to change at any time. It could very well still be planned, but far down the line.

A: While the additional retainer service we announced previously will not be ready for patch 2.1, we'll be increasing the items that can be stored in the Armoire. Rest assured, though, that the additional retainer service is scheduled for implementation before patch 2.2.

The additional items to store in armoire are tools that we need to use. Would be nice to be able to store DL or primal weapons -not gear that we need and use.

Was really hoping for that other retainer soon.

I wish they would let us store the costumes they gave us during the holidays in the amoire. I have one full retainer bank with snowman, valentione, the little santa girl, some various hats from the horse head event and the ugly hat from "puff puff". Why keep them you ask? Well, I am hoping for vanity slots to be able to actually have a reason to WANT to use this stuff. Besides.. the costumes are cute =p
