Tanking enmity generation lower than usual.

Greetings SE, I have observed a much lower enmity generation done by both PLD and WAR.
After one of the last patches where enmity generation was buffed, the amount of enmity generated was very high, often times hate could be held with little to no effort, and most players had generated less than 25% of the enmity meters. This however seems to have changed with the last update. I noticed enmity was being generated quicker by other players, and the meters were more commonly in the 35-40% range. Now obviously this isn't anywhere near the danger zone, but just something I noticed.
This isn't anywhere near 2.0 enmity generation, but it is indeed lower. I have asked a few other PLD/WAR that are used to tanking along side decked out ilvl88~90 DPS, and they too have noticed a difference in the amount of enmity generated.

So in short, PLD/WAR are not generating as much enmity as they technically should be, not anywhere near the danger zone, but the tanks I asked also do have ilvl 90~95 weapons, which means it could be more of an issue for lower ilvl tanks.

I was doing Thornmarch a bunch last night with tanks of varying ilvls (I was running as an ilv68 PLD) and we all sort of noticed that this was an issue. It was especially bad with lower ilv tanks though, obviously

it became more noticeable in the initial pull of the king, where whatever enmity you generated while the king was casting, on ANY of the moogles, was almost immediately negated by the rest of the party

Thank you for replying BushPrintzle, I did large amount of content yesterday, ranging from CT runs, Primal EX runs, and some dungeons as well, and noticed this in all of them. The most obvious one that I noticed this in was in Titan EX. I have my eyes on that enmity bar most of the time due to tank swaps and making sure I don't push it too hard.
I would imagine that lower ilvl tanks are having a much harder time with this now since the previous buff to enmity made it a lot easier to hold hate. It feels like it is somewhere in between what enmity generation was before this last patch, and 2.0.
