From another Feb 20 2014 interview with Yoshi-P, this time on Famitsu's site, translation by Reinheart (as ever, it's greatly appreciated):

F: OK, how about releasing for the Mac version?

Y: For the OS itself it’s gaining popularity, as well as other MMO makers are starting to look into Mac version as well, so we also are talking with staffs about starting to look into this.

I'm really happy to see these articles address the issue directly. SE's presentation and these direct quotes from Yoshi-P came within days of the start of this thread.

But really, I'm tired of seeing the silly windows people saying that macs are a waste of time, and yet we live in a world where we have different machines for different purposes and functions. It's just silly to keep feeding the fat hog food while the newborn needs more nourishment. Just saying...

No ancient magics please.

I don't think Mac's suck, but I do think that there is very little that's not downhill from here on out.
What with Jobs dying and all, it kinda feels like any "revolutionary" changes are impossible now.

Don't get me wrong!
Apple will still go for a long time and possibly even upgrade their products, but the "new, longer, thinner iphone" thing right after his death and whatnot, kinda cements some things for me.

Everyone has an opinion, this is mine.
