    When it rains are plants auto-tended to?

    I noticed when it rains the animation for Tend Crop changes to just picking out weeds or something. Also, the fact that it rains would most likely assume plants are already watered. Is this true?

    No, they are not auto-tended to. Crops will die, regardless of weather, if they are left untended for 18+ Hours.
