I would seriously question the person who did the promoting, regardless of the issue of promoting above your own rank. Seriously, that players name didn't throw up any red flags?

They were more than likely in it together, and the OP realizes this, as they mentioned, "The person who did this is still hopping from FC to FC to try and scam them. He begs to be given permissions which will allow him access to their FC chest," in another post. As you pointed out about the name, I'm sure it was likely the 3rd ranked person that they are referring to.....

Nah. They merged with a smaller FC, and the ex leader of that FC was given promotion rights to assumedly below their rank and they were not given access to take things out of the FC chest. They brought in someone with an obviously RMT name and promoted that person above themselves and that person stole everything.
