ARC LB: heal?

What if a new class did a DOT type of LB. Something to use when the boss still has like 15% health left, but the DOT would end up being more dmg than the melee LB. I think that would be pretty cool. Something to use to dramatically speed up the final phase of a tough boss.

Where do I use the bard LB :
1) Sirius, when the healer isn't good (or undergeared) to prevent issues with the charm.
2) Ifrit XM, after the big nail (we don't need a melee LB).

Using it to raise people is virtually useless in end-game fights.
