This was..a issue from awhile back. I submitted a ticket in-game almost a month back and have yet to get a response...so, here I am now.

Pretty much, the title says all. I had won no CT gear that week, so a few of my FC members decided to do a run, maybe I'd get something.

Lo and behold..the mythical 4th chest dropped~~! So..seeing as the NEED option was available..without hesitation, I clicked it.
And waited...and waited.
Now, I even waited for the loot timer to expire, and won...nothing. Checked all my inventory tabs? nothing. Hell, I even tried checking my retainer...nothing.
At the time I submitted the ticket, I had shots of the timer at 1s, and all my inventory tabs..but seeing as Customer Support decided to..ignore the ticket for over a month, I did the admittedly stupid thing of deleting them

Thankfully, one of the members present that run, still had one to share


While admittedly it does not show my inventory, it shows that, at the least, I was registering as the highest need roll before the timer experied.


I hope this can..ya know, get fixed finally? Been over a month of waiting, and I'm being treated like the family member at thanksgiving, ya invited by you really~~ don't want to talk to >>
