    Unable to move.

    While doing Story line quests. I have skipped the cut scenes. 2 times now I have been unable to move. I can type rotate my camera so forth ( pc version not ps3 or 4). I am unable to move forward or backward. I have to completely close the game and restart it and then my characters moves.

    I'm on PS3 and I'm having the same problem. Also having this problem sometimes when accepting or handing in quests, but for me i am unable move for about anywhere from 5-20sec.

    This happens to me on the PS3 thought i was going crazy when this started and thought i was lagging.
