"ready check" spam trolling during primal fights

First the log needs to tell the raid who started the ready check.

They've already said they're planning on doing this. (Or at least they've said it will be shown. I'm not sure whether that's on the window asking if you're ready or in the log, but it will be shown somewhere.)

Second, only pary leaders should be able to ready check.

I don't agree with this part. This is mainly an issue in PUGs, where the "party leader" is simply a randomly chosen member. It's the person initiating the pulls who needs to know whether to do so or not, so it works more smoothly if he/she can initiate the check directly rather than just hoping that the only player given that ability will do so.
