    reinstallation wont go past the terms and service

    i have just recently had to reinstall my computer i downloaded the installer for XIV that seemed fine but a scripting error appeared on the terms of service page and it will not allow me to click the next button..and yes i checked i agree to terms and service first.

    so at this point i am unable to install the game
