    Unable to recover materia...

    After last night's patch I am getting this error that states: Gear equipped but materia not recoverable.

    Anyone else have this issue?
    any guesses why?

    Another player alerted me of this so i checked it out.
    I also play on a ps3...could that be the reason why?

    This is the second thread I read about this.
    Right now I am afraid to equip my crafting gear.

    I only have one penta melded item right now but it cost me quite a bit to get it melded to that point >.<;

    I'm seeing this on PC and it seems to only be affecting Aetherial items. Items that actually have Materia in them aren't being flagged as the issue from what I can tell.

    Ehm, the earlier thread specifically mentioned a pentamelded DoH accessoire.

    your materia is fine.

    they added the ability for gear sets to remember what materia is equipped to your gear. because of this, your gear sets are out of date now.
    just update your gear sets.
