Reversed Sound after 2.16

Things happening on my left are heard on the right, and things happening on my right are heard on my left. I've done some quick tests to see if this was happening in general or just in XIV, and it appears to only be XIV.

I haven't changed any settings (other than keybinds) since release, so I'm thinking it was something caused by the update.

Update:
After restarting the client a handful of times with no change, I decided to restart my computer and the issue seems to have vanished.
