The lobby server has encountered an error 3050

I am dealing with the same problem. I transferred a character from Aegis to Balmung. At 9:59am CST this morning when I got completion of purchase email, got completion of world transfer email at 10:00am. It is 5:00pm now and I'm still getting 'The Lobby server has encounted an error 3050'.

I contacted customer support, they responded in email saying they couldn't help me and gave me SE CS phone number. I called that and talked to a gentleman. After speaking with other representatives he said this is a known issue and to just hope for a probable fix in the next 24-48 hours.

I don't believe it is a SE server side delay in character transfer since I got the email saying it was complete. The rep also never mentioned anything like this.

Need this to get fixed so that I can play my account. I hope there is a hotfix or quick patch incoming.
