New rain effect is a bit disappointing. It should look like this:

Right now when it rains, it's as if the water is just falling through the world.

when it was first announced i was expecting it to look something like 13-2's rain effects :/ was a little disappointed with it aswell, but I guess these effects are better than none

Make it an option. Those of us with powerful enough PCs, let us turn on realistic weather. Leave it out of the PS3 version.
