Anyone else have problems with these Maelstrom GC Achievements? (Onyx Oars &...)

I also posted this in "Bugs" but thought it might get more attention here in case anyone else has the same problem but didnt realize it until now (like me)

Onyx Oars & Fueling the Storm III Bugged
I have completed both of these achievements (progress bar is full for both, 200/200 & 500/500) for Maelstrom Grand Company
1) Yet they are greyed out in the achievement log
2) I do not have the Title in my Character Menu
3) Never received the Crimson Standard Earring

Am I doing something wrong? Is this a known issue? Is anyone else having this problem?

I searched the forums and could not find anything except that they changed the # of required missions from 5000 to 500.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you done any additional missions since they changed the number of required?
If not, do one more.

AFAIK all the achievements that were based on number that got changed to lower number don't trigger the achievement automatically if you're at or above the limit before the change. You have to do one more for it to trigger.
Then go to Jonathas at Apkallu Falls in Old Gridania to pick up the rewards.

Ya just do one more then it will activate.

Also you need to talk to Jonathas in Old Gridania and he'll give you the item.
