PC Controller / Hotbar Problems

Is anyone having this problem. Notice it happens when Engaged with a Mob. It has a epic delay when you go to switch Hotbars.

yes it seems there is a slight delay now to the hotbar R2 button toogle deactivating you have to wait a second to press R1 to switch the hotbar its infuriating not sure what they've done but its the same on the PS3 aswell also its the same out of battle

I'm having the same issue it's making the game unplayable for every job except pld

Yeah, I'm having the same issue. I have to wait a second before switching targets or pressing any other button. Its pretty much annoying to play with a controller now with this dumb delay.

Having the same issue here. Hopefully we get a hotfix quick.
