    (gamepad) Substantial delay on ground-targeted abilities

    Date and Time
    Anytime since patch 2.16.

    Steps
    Playing with a gamepad: Activate a ground-targeted ability (ex. Sacred Soil, Place, etc.) and immediately press X/A to validate.

    Before update 2.16 the skill would go off, now it doesn't. One needs to wait around 0.5 seconds before validating.
